CONCEPT TO COMMISSIONING

Engineered.
Built. Verified.

One continuous engineering process.

Define the requirements before designing the cell. Resolve the interfaces before manufacturing. Agree what success means before commissioning.

01DEFINE

R&D & co-engineering

Requirements, feasibility and machine architecture. Mechanical and electrical decisions made together.

Requirements → Engineering concept

02SIMULATE

Digital validation

CAD checks, FEA where applicable, robot reach and collision studies. Test cycle-time assumptions before the build.

Digital model → Build decisions

03BUILD

Precision manufacturing

Source, machine, fabricate and wire. Assemble, program and integrate the physical system.

Released drawings → Working hardware

04VERIFY

Floor deployment

FAT, installation, commissioning and SAT. Train operators and verify agreed acceptance criteria.

Acceptance tests → Production handover

Acceptance starts early.

Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) checks the assembled system against an agreed test plan before dispatch. Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) checks the installed system under agreed site conditions.

Safety functions, product variants, recovery sequences, operator training and documentation are scoped with the project. Simulation supports the plan; it does not replace physical acceptance.
