Information you provide
The project form collects your name, company, work email, selected services and consent. You may also provide a phone number, project stage and description. Please do not include proprietary drawings, credentials or sensitive personal information in the initial message.
How it is used
Resonae Solutions uses this information to evaluate your request, respond to you and discuss an engineering engagement. It is not submitted to public analytics or used to display testimonials.
Delivery and security
When configured, form requests are delivered through Resend to the designated business recipient. Upstash Redis stores a salted hash of the request IP address and a short-lived request count for abuse prevention; raw IP addresses and project details are not stored in that rate-limit database. Rate-limit records expire after one hour. Delivery uses encrypted connections.
If delivery has not been configured or a provider cannot accept the request, the website displays an error. A successful message is shown only after the delivery provider accepts the email. Provider acceptance is not a guarantee that an email has reached an inbox.
Retention and your choices
Submitted requests may be retained in the business recipient’s mailbox for project discussions and related recordkeeping. A fixed mailbox retention period has not yet been confirmed. You may request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw consent to future project communication, using the contact form or a verified contact address when published.
Cookies and third parties
This website does not add advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Fonts and engineering images are served locally. The hosting provider may process technical request data for security and operation; private previews may also require the hosting provider’s sign-in cookies. The website does not load third-party videos or tracking embeds.
Contact and updates
For privacy questions, use the contact page. If the form is not connected, a verified business contact must be published before public launch. This policy should be reviewed against the final hosting, business retention and delivery configuration before the website is made public.
